The club is thought to have been established over 100 years ago, with cricket being played at the current location since 1922. Our ground is situated in the small village of Sheldwich, which lies just off the main road that links Faversham and Ashford in Kent. It is a pleasure to both play and view cricket in such a picturesque and quiet venue. The village itself has always contributed a large number of players and many have progressed from the Colts team through to the Senior Teams over the years.
Sheldwich Cricket Club have two sides that play in the Invicta League in the KENT area on a Saturday and a Sunday Team that play friendly matches against a wide variety of local teams and play in the Kent Village League. For younger players we run a Colts (under 15) side, which plays in a small local league on Monday Evenings.
