Welcome to Sheldwich Cricket Club in Kent

Sheldwich Cricket Club is thought to have been established over 100 years ago, with cricket being played at the current location on Sheldwich Leas since 1922. Our ground is situated on the Leas in the small village of Sheldwich near Faversham, which lies just off the main A251 that links Faversham and Ashford in Kent. It is a pleasure to both play and view cricket in such a picturesque and quiet venue. Sheldwich village has itself always contributed a large number of players and many have progressed from the Colts through to the Senior Teams over the years.

Sheldwich Cricket Club have two sides playing in the competitive Kent Invicta Leagues on a Saturday. On Sunday's the club has one team plays in the Shepherd Neame Kent Village League. For younger players we run a Colts (under 15) side, which plays in a small local league on Monday Evenings.

Sheldwich won their first League and Cup double in 2003 by winning the Invicta Premier League title together with the Swale Doug Wood Cup.
